Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education / Sports Sciences or recognized fitness certification.
- Diploma/Certificate in Fitness Training or equivalent.
- Up to 4 years of relevant experience in fitness training, gym instruction, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized workout plans for female members.
- Guide members on the safe and effective use of gym equipment and exercise techniques.
- Conduct individual and group fitness training sessions as required.
- Monitor members’ progress and provide appropriate fitness guidance and motivation.
- Ensure proper use, cleanliness, and safety of gym equipment and training areas.
- Maintain a professional, supportive, and welcoming environment for members.
