General Terms & Conditions
◼️ Civil Servants Act: Appointments will be governed under the Civil Servants Act 1973 and Federal Government service rules.
◼️ Regional Scrutiny: Posts in BPS-06 to BPS-14 are filled on an all-Pakistan basis according to regional quotas; posts in BPS-01 to BPS-05 are purely reserved for Local / Balochistan candidates.
◼️ Age Relaxation Rules:
• General age relaxation of 05 years is already permissible across the board.
• 03 years relaxation for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Buddhist communities, recognized tribes of tribal areas, AJK, and Northern Areas.
• Up to 15 years or service period (whichever is less) for released / retired Armed Forces personnel.
• Up to 10 years for government servants with 02 continuous years of service on the closing date.
• Up to 10 years for differently-abled persons.
• Up to 05 years for widows/children of civil servants who died during service.
◼️ In-Service Personnel: In-service candidates must route their applications through proper departmental channel.
◼️ Probation Period: Selected candidates will initially be placed on probation for 01 year, extendable by another year.
◼️ Travel Allowance: No TA/DA will be paid for attending tests or interviews.
