General Terms & Instructions
🔹 E-Sahulat Verification: Before applying online on the ETEA portal, candidates must print their E-Sahulat token from the ETEA website and get their biometric/profile verification completed at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise. Applications cannot be submitted without E-Sahulat verification.
🔹 In-Service Candidates: Government servants must apply through proper channel and produce Departmental NOC at the time of interview.
🔹 Age Calculation: Age will be calculated as of 01 January 2026. Upper age relaxation is admissible according to prevailing Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government rules.
🔹 Quota System: Provincial/District reservation quotas for Women, Minorities, and Differently-Abled individuals are strictly observed as per rules.
🔹 Documents Verification: Original documents, degrees, character certificates, and verified mark sheets will be examined at the interview stage. Candidates qualifying ETEA screening tests will be called for document verification and interview.
🔹 TA/DA: No TA/DA is admissible for appearing in screening tests, skill tests, or interviews.

🔹 Generate your E-Sahulat token, complete biometric verification at a NADRA E-Sahulat franchise, and deposit the prescribed test fee via EasyPaisa or UBL Omni / JazzCash / Bank counter using the generated fee slip.
🔹 Fill out the online application form completely and upload scanned copies of your recent photograph and required credentials.
🔹 Submit the online form before the closing deadline of 30 September 2026. (Do not send hard copies of applications to the ETEA office).
🔹 Keep the printed deposit slip and online application confirmation for record. Roll number slips for the screening test will be issued via the ETEA website, and updates will be communicated via SMS.
